New Patient Acupuncture Appointment

A comprehensive session dedicated to exploring how Traditional Chinese Medicine can support your unique health needs. This 75 minute appointment includes a full health history intake and a customized acupuncture treatment and complimentary cupping if needed.

Depending on your individual concerns, you may also receive tailored recommendations for lifestyle modifications, movement practices, breath work, herbal therapies, and supplement referrals to support your wellness journey.

Return Patient Acupuncture Appointment

This appointment is for established patients continuing their acupuncture care plan that have seen me within the last 12 months.

Acupuncture is a cumulative therapy, meaning results build over time with consistent treatment. Most patients begin to notice meaningful progress between 4-6 sessions, but anything cyclical can take up to 3-6 months.

If this is your first visit, please book a New Patient visit instead so we can complete your intake and health history before beginning treatment.

Cupping therapy is an additional add on for $30 when added to your acupuncture appointment.

Cupping Therapy

A mix of fire cupping and suction cups to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. During a cupping treatment, cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This gentle pulling action encourages the flow of Qi and blood to areas of stagnation, helping to release tight muscles, reduce inflammation, and detoxify tissues.
