Acupuncture + Cupping

Acupuncture, a 2,000 year old medicine, can be used to prevent, treat, and manage many modern ailments. During your treatment, tiny needles are placed at different points on the body, to help bring blood flow and energy. If you are sensitive to needles, or are hesitant because of a needle phobia - don’t stress! Your treatment can be tailored, and still very effective.

Cupping is used in conjunction with Acupuncture, to help relieve pain, soothe muscle soreness, reduce stress, and speed up recovery time.

Herbal Medicine

Traditional Chinese herbal formulas are ground into powders that can be taken as a tea, or placed in capsules and can be mixed together to create a tailored prescription for each individual body.

Herbs can be used for both internal and external remedies and are extremely effective to treat sleeplessness, calm anxiety, regulate menstruation & ease PMS symptoms, prevent the common cold, reduce acid reflux, just to name a few.

Lifestyle, Nutrition, & yoga

There are many ways to optimize our body’s ability to function properly. Based on an individuals needs and interests, we’ll work together to incorporate lifestyle habits, like breathing and meditation, and foods that can help keep your body balanced.

As a registered yoga instructor, I prescribe different yoga postures in my practice that correspond with your body’s individual needs.
